Cornbread baby!!

My very first cornbread,
... It reminds me of wonderful times spent at the walter's cozy home :)
 


Ingredients

1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup yellow cornmeal
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups milk
1 large egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup oil
4 tablespooons melted butter
1 can corn kernels, well drained and grated

In a large bowl, mix together flour with sugar,  cornmeal, baking powder and salt.
In another bowl whisk together milk, eggs, oil and melted butter.  Add to the flour mixture and stir with a wooden spoon until just combined.
Mix in grated corn kernels
Transfer to baking dish
Bake for 45 minutes on 175°C

 
Perfectly fluffy fluffy fluffy!
