3-4 small boxes (3 oz. each) of Jell-O in different colors. (I used red, green and purple).
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
For each flavor, dissolve one box of jello in one cup of water (half of it would be boiling water and the other half cold water). Pour into a container and chill until firm. (Only add 1 cup (not 2 as it says in package instructions) of water to each box of Jello, so it's firm and can be cut into blocks easily.
Once Jello is firm, cut it into small blocks and mix them in a pan
In a separate bowl, sprinkle 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin into 1/2 cup cold water. Add 1 1/2 cup boiling water and dissolve. Add the can of condensed milk. Stir and cool. Pour cooled milk mixture over jello and chill until firm.
